Certification in embryo biopsy requires providing links to the videos depicting you performing blastocyst biopsy procedure.
We require videos showing biopsy of 10 blastocysts. We prefer that you provide a single video. This one video may be edited to splice multiple biopsies into one file or be unedited. If you cannot splice biopsies into one video, you may provide several separate videos.
All videos must be posted on youtube or another video hosting platform and links to those videos must be posted into the form below for evaluation.
Please make sure your videos can be accessible without login and password.
After you answer the questions, you will be required to make a non-refundable certification payment. The payment for members is $75 and for non-members $150.
Once approved, you will be issued a certificate
Who qualifies: anyone with a minimum of a bachelor degree practicing reproductive embryology
