Kathleen Miller is the Vice President of MedTech for Solutions, a healthcare managment services company that specializes in the fertility industry. 
She leads the company’s laboratory services division that specializes in assisted reproduction technologies. The author of more than 100 abstracts and papers on fertility and assisted reproduction technologies, Ms. Miller is well known for research advances in the field of blastocyst culture, and pre-implantation genetics as well as a leading expert in laboratory management, laboratory design, quality improvement programs, and single embryo transfer.

She is currently designing new laboratories for Aurora Fertility Centre in Saskatoon, Coastal Fertility Center in Charleston, SC, and Texas Children’s Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Her state-of-the-art designed laboratories at UNC Fertility Center in Chapel Hill, NC, Billings Clinic, University of Alabama and Advanced Reproductive Medicine and Gynecology’s Fertility Institute of Hawaii continue to deliver exceptional pregnancy rates and cutting edge technologies.
 
Ms. Miller continues to function as Scientific Director at IVF Florida and Aurora Reproductive Care Saskatoon and the IVF Laboratory Director at Billings Clinic. Previously, she was the Director of the Genesis Fertility Centre in Vancouver, Canada, Assisted Reproduction Laboratories at the Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey and the joint program at Southeastern Fertility Center, the Medical University of South Carolina, and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She is certified in the disciplines of Embryology and Andrology by the American Board of Bioanalysis. She is also a consultant at many IVF practices worldwide as well as Sage IVF. She also serves as an Expert Content Advisor for Biodigital Systems, a leading developer of biomedical visualization and medical simulation.
 
Recently, she has been working on new technology utilizing the EmbryoScope® Time-lapse system from Unisense Fertilitech A/S to select embryos that have the best chance of developing into a successful pregnancy and birth. The EmbryoScope® Time-lapse system allows the uninterrupted culture of embryos while maximizing the amount of embryo development information collected using time-lapse microscopy.
 
She is currently working on her PhD in Epidemiology/Biostatistics at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. A former president of the College of Reproductive Biology of the AAB, she is still an active member and serves on many committees of ASRM, ESHRE, and AAB.
