            <p class="MsoNormal">Fariba Nehchiri has been serving as IVF Laboratory Manager at Kaiser Permanente Center for Reproductive Health, Sacramento, California since 2006.  She is board certified through American Association of Bioanalysts as an Embryology Laboratory Director (ELD) and also as a Technical Supervisor in disciplines of Embryology and Andrology.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Ms. Nehchiri received her B.S. Degree in Chemistry from Tehran University, Iran. She received her M.S. in Biomedical Science in Clinical Embryology and Andrology from Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk, Virginia in 2005.</p>

Ms. Nehchiri became an embryologist at Toronto Fertility Center in Canada in 1991.  In 1993 she moved to USA and for more than nine years was part of Embryology laboratory team at Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine in Eastern Virginia Medical School.   During this time she served as Embryology and Assisted Reproductive Laboratory Supervisor and Micromanipulation Technologist. She was one of the training instructors for Micromanipulation skills for Micromanipulation course.  From January 2004-January 2006, Ms. Nehchiri worked as Senior Embryologist at The Shady Grove Fertility Center, one of the largest Embryology laboratories in the North America.</p>

In 2014, she was one of the contributors in development of Embryology Certificate Course for American Society for Reproductive Medicine.   She has coauthored and published on various aspects of Assisted Reproductive Technology during the past twenty years.  She is a member of American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology, Northern California Association of Reproductive Biologist and American Association of Bioanalysis.</p>
